My Secret Mantra Practice

How do you change your state from negative to positive in an instant?
Death and rebirth is in the house tonight. Tonight's NEW MOON is in the sign that invented transformation. Transformation is not change or upgrade. It's actually the process of dying and becoming reborn. Becoming new . . . being transformed.
You're either repeating patterns (Pete and Repeat) or you are transforming them. If you are awake, chances are you're not getting a chance to check out and coast. Humanity is on the accelerator program, traveling at warp speed right now in preparation for what's to come. (More on that another time!)

LEARN THIS NEW PRACTICE
To support this new moon opportunity for transformation and MAGIC, here's a secret MANTRA practice that I do with my clients to support you in shifting quickly from a negative state or a breakdown state to an empowered, calm and joyful state.
4 SIMPLE STEPS:
1) WRITE DOWN words that signify an enlivened and positive way of BEING?
Here is a start...
What are 10 more? Write them down.
2) CIRCLE the 5 words that CALL YOU FORWARD into your future self.
You might be tempted to choose words that actually describe you as you are now, but take another look. Feel into the words. Choose words that draw you forward.
For example, I chose the word CONNECTED over the word POWERFUL. I already feel myself as powerful, but my edge is connection. The quality of being that transforms the results I get in my life and calls me forward is CONNECTION.
3) CHOOSE the top 3 words that FEEL like a "YES" in your body.
This part doesn't come from your head. So, you get to stop thinking or analyzing. Your words may make no sense to your mind. This is your higher self calling you forward.
4) RECITE the words in a sentence: "I AM A ______, ______, ________ woman/man."
This is your power mantra.
This is your magic SHIFT activator.
HOW TO USE THE POWER MANTRA?
Say this mantra all the time -- out loud or in your mind. Write it on a post-it note. Make up power poses that go along with it.
When you get triggered or are in breakdown or in confusion, sadness or anger -- recite your personal power mantra to yourself. Notice the shift it creates by calling you forward. Do it all the time--as much as you need to make it an automatic practice.
Remember. Who. You. Are.
