Description:

A revolution is happening. Midlife women are waking up to who they really are. They are not yet Crones, and no longer Maidens. Society might tell them they are old, but they know, they are a FORCE.

50 on Friday is a real conversation of empowerment, health, wealth, and spirituality. We talk about boundaries, self sacrifice, volunteering, healing the mother wound, fear, getting a diagnosis...everything! We will have special guests, too.

All ages and genders are welcome to join the conversation.

Event Description:

One of the most important things a woman can do for herself is to be in sacred community with other women. Women were made to be together. When Women gather they heal, when women heal, they heal the world. Everything a woman needs is magnetized to her by the glow of her radiance—from the inside out.

Join our sacred community of women at the Soul of Yoga for an evening of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, dance, ceremony, celebration and connection. The world is calling us forth to reclaim our place and power. It is time, dear Sister!

Together we can be reminders to each other to reflect and share our truth and wisdom. It is easy to get lost in our thought of being small or in our fear to stand out, join this community to be reminded of your greatness.

This will be a monthly women’s event on the first Wednesday of every month.

Bring a sacred object for the altar and wear white, if you desire. Yogi Tea will be served at our break.

Women of all ages and levels are welcome.

It is the responsibility of all of us to grow. We must start healing the world, which is going to come at us, so this is the time to grow. And with that we grow and glow, hail and heal, and keep going.” --Yogi Bhajan
